Reservation Information
*As a family, as business owners, as living beings on this earth; we do not tolerate littering.
Anyone caught littering will be asked to leave. There will be no refunds.

To complete a reservation we need:
-Full name
-Phone number
-Address
-Non-refundable deposit
-Number of adults and children
-Number of pets
-Type of equipment (trailer/RV/tent/pop-up, etc)
-Length of trailer/RV/Truck camper
-Number & type of vehicles
-Arrival date
-Departure date

Check out: by 11 am
Quiet hours: 11 pm - 8 am
Payments: cash, debit, visa, mastercard, e-transfer
Reservations will not be guaranteed a specific site number.
We can guarantee a type of site but we need flexibility to be able to accommodate everyone.

Cancellation Policy
*the one-night deposit required to book a reservation is non-refundable

*cancelling a reservation does not get your money back
*changing reservation dates 8 days or more before arrival has no fee
​
*changing reservation dates 7 days - 49 hours before an arrival date has a $20 fee
​
*changing and/or shortening reservation dates 48 hours (or fewer) before arrival date costs the deposit
EG: You made a reservation for 4 nights (arriving June 25, departing June 29) and paid a non-refundable deposit. On June 24th, you decide you want to cancel the 25th but keep the remaining nights. Your deposit will cover the night of June 25, and when you check in on June 26 you pay for 3 nights of camping – June 26, 27 & 28

Canceling nights of a reservation after you have already checked in?
You can be refunded for some nights if you give 48 hours notice before new check-out date.
EG: You check-in on July 2nd for 10 nights (departing July 12).
On July 6th you tell the office you are leaving on July 10th instead of July 12.
You can be refunded for 2 nights (July 10 & 11) because you gave 4 days notice on July 6th.
BUT.....
If you tell the office on July 9th that you are leaving on July 10th, you can have no refund as you gave fewer than 48 hours notice before your new departure date.
